Weekly class on Tuesdays from 7.30am to 8.30pm at Faringdon Old Town Hall (in the centre of the town).

This class runs term-time only.

Full Moon Breath Awareness Meditation
Faringdon Folly and Woodland
These events will begin again in Spring 2025.

Join me in Breath Awareness Meditation under the power of the full moon at Faringdon Folly Tower and Woodland.
You must wear suitable clothing and footwear for the predicted weather, it will be nippy and possibly wet!

1-2 Breath Awareness Meditation allows two people to experience a private class together. Tailored to both of your current needs and experience and if you don't know what you need, that's fine too!
We will work together to understand your priorities and needs and plan and appropriate schedule. Feel free to drop me a message if you would like to discuss first. ​
