Breath awareness Meditation has been created following a personal journey to improve and maintain my own mental and physical health and overall wellbeing. Bringing together the practice of mindfulness and connection to our breath to bring us back home to the here and now, I aim to provide sessions where you can practice and learn skills and techniques which are beneficial on a day to day basis as you go about your life.
